What is special about Gabalong?

Gabalong is a Japanese Oolong tea with a particularly high GABA content (Gamma-Aminobutyric acid). This is produced through a special processing method under oxygen exclusion. Gabalong is smooth, lightly roasted, and has a relaxing effect – with buttery, nutty aromas and a gentle depth.

When is the best time to drink Gabalong?

Ideal for late afternoon or evening. The high GABA content supports a balanced mood and makes it the perfect companion for relaxation periods, creative breaks, or conscious unwinding.

How do I prepare Gabalong hot?

1 tsp in 200 ml of water

Can I also brew Gabalong cold?

Its special GABA processing gives it a unique, almost meditative effect. Compared to Tie Guan Yin, Gabalong is warmer, creamier, and quieter – with a unique, deep softness.
